Our Starter Kit will keep your hot tub clean and sanitised for one month. It is the beginning of your journey to a healthier hot tub experience, softer skin and crystal-clear water.

This kit contains:  a full bottle of Step 1 Hot Tub Cleaner & Biofilm Remover; a bottle of Step 2 Water Conditioner sufficient for 1 month and a tub of Step 3 Sanitiser tablets (appox 18 tablets sufficient for 17 sessions)

What are the 3 Steps?

Step 1 will thoroughly clean and flush out biofilm and chlorine or bromine residue from the pipework, preparing your hot tub for a month of eco-friendly bliss.

After you've used Step 1 just add the Step 2 Water Conditioner and a couple of Step 3 Sanitising Tablets, jump in and relax.

This is all you need, there is no requirement to test and balance the water.

The details...

Step 1 - Clean:

Add the eco3spa Hot Tub Cleaner during every 3-month water change. This step removes biofilm, body fats, and any chemical residues.  This is important even in brand-new or empty tubs.

1. Fill your hot tub to 50mm above all jets and air vents and heat the water to at least 30 degC, or use your existing water, it doesn't matter if it has chlorine or bromine in it.
2. Fully open all jets centralise any diverter valves and remove filters and headrests.
3. Add the cleaner to the water (save a bit for wiping surfaces later).
4. Run jets for 60 minutes, then let the water stand for 30 minutes before running again for 30 minutes. Foaming and dark particulates are normal.
5. Drain the tub, clean surfaces with the reserved cleaner, and rinse thoroughly before refilling with fresh water.

Step 2 - Condition:

Add the eco3spa Water Conditioner immediately after cleaning and refilling with fresh water. The conditioner in the starter kit will be active in your water for one month.

Step 3 - Sanitise:

Add Water Sanitiser Tablets before each use.  There are 16 tablets in the starter kit.

• Start with two tablets added directly to the filter compartment with pumps running when your tub is first filled, or use a fully open floating dispenser. The tablets should dissolve quickly and if they don't you need to move them into flowing water.
• Add one tablet before every soak. For inactive tubs, add at least two tablets weekly.
• If water becomes dull or foamy, add an extra tablet daily until it clears.
